Please complete the form below with the details of your request. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have a file (e.g., Excel or Word document) which may help us understand your request, we encourage you to let us know in your request. We will reach out to you with information about how to share that file with us.

You will be contacted by a Data Consultant within four working days of your submission. The Data Consultant will serve as your point of contact and work with you to make sure we properly address your request. Our goal is to fulfill your request within three weeks of your initial submission, but periods of high request volume or the complexity of some requests may affect this time line.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The information you will receive is confidential and is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. As a user of this information, it is your responsibility to guard against unauthorized reporting of this data to ANY third party

Moreover, certain students have directed the University to keep directory information confidential as well (i.e. name, address, telephone, date and place of birth, major, dates of attendance, degrees and awards, previous enrollment history). These requests are identified as confidential on the admissions and records query screen. In these cases, such information should be used exclusively for academically related matters and not for used for any other purpose UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Refer any third party requests for student information to the Office of Institutional Research. Any data discrepancies should also be referred for correction.

The requester assumes all responsibility for appropriateness, legality, and copyright infringement of all data released as a result of this request.
